“The "gold" is just flat tan color with black printed over it. It doesn't feel engraved at all. It just feels like a cheap sticker and does not imitate a metal look at all. Does not match the real metal gold belt it is getting attached to. For 9 bucks a pop, very dissapointing.”
“Engraved name plate was delivered late and the engraving was wrong. Replacement plate was promised to be here before the 20th, replacement delivery will be late as well. I have loved using Trophy Smack but the last three years but this recent order has been really disappointing. Hope the replacement is accurate.”
