“Our league trophy was delivered with all the Engravings for past 18 years. Trophy was slightly damaged on the base. Box it came in looked like it had seen better days. Most likely the damage occured during transit. I reached out and informed them about the trophy damage. Sent a few pictures and new one was shipped out promptly. New base came, perfect condition.
