Missing piece arrived before draft day, free of charge...very much appreciated, and I wanted to give a 5-star rating originally because the trophy is (a) hilarious (b) well-designed, easy to assemble and (c) order was completed within needed timeframe. TYVM!

Was looking forward to my order, but it unfortunately arrived incomplete...while the packing slip indicated that the engraving would ship separately, it was included...yet the minibase attachment was not!
Tried resolving through customer support, but after a few days I have still not received a tracking # for the missing part...looks like I will have to source the base from a different vendor?
Something I did receive is a request for a review! So here it is. 0/5 stars. I would gift this trophy to everyone involved in the process.
