“Third year of ordering rings and engraved display cases from Trophy Smack. I live the quality of the items for the price, great value in my opinion.
I will say that this time I was lucky to receive my items undamaged. The box took some serious damage in transit but while the items were squashed and the spinning trays and the clear plastic covers were knocked off the main base, they did remain undamaged. SHIPPING BOX WAS TOO LARGE FOR THE ITEMS SHIPPED AND SOME CRUMPLED PAPER IS NOT SUFFICIENT PACKAGING MATERIAL. A PROPER SIZE BOX WOULD HAVE PROBABLY LESSENED THE CHANCE FOR DAMAGE.”

“Looks really nice. Those that received it, like it very much. We did notice that the display makes a sound when it's spinning. Not sure why. Hoping that this isn't a forever thing. Otherwise not a 5star product of course, but first impression I'll say it's nice and worth it. Hoping that's the case longterm. Without spinning still nice so that's worth something.”
“When placing the ring in/on the rotating display, the first time it didn't make any sound. Then it did make a sound when it was spinning. Not like music but a mechanical sound. Maybe depending on where/how the ring is placed. Maybe dependant on weight distribution and needs to be exactly in the middle?.. Don't know, but hopefully it stops doing that. It looks very nice. Seems good / solid quality.”
