“I ordered a new banner to match the other two I already have from previous championships. The new banner is not the same size as the others, it's very clearly smaller and doesn't fully fit on the hanging rod it comes attached to, leaving the rod exposed about a half inch on both sides. I reached out to TrophySmack about correcting it, assuming it was just a bad batch I got and hoping they'd fix it because I've been pleased with everything I've ordered from them before. They said that that is just how they are now (even though the pictures on their website show otherwise) and a replacement would have the same problems, and offered me a measly 15% off. I've ordered two championship rings from them before and was going to order another this year, but I'll be looking elsewhere now and that stinks. If you want a decent banner, it is decent and you'll be happy. But if you are serious about your fantasy football and want a quality banner without corners being cut (literally), shop elsewhere because unfortunately it seems the quality of TrophySmack's products may be slipping.”
