The ring arrived quickly and looked awesome right out of the package. I was genuinely excited to display it with pride. However, the quality failed to hold up almost immediately.
I kept the ring safely stored in its original display box until transporting it to an event just three days after receiving it. During the event, I passed the ring around for a few minutes so others could check it out. Despite being handled gently, the customized portion proved to be poor quality—the custom design began chipping at the corners almost right away.
The ring was amazing, until it wasn't. Given how quickly the customization degraded under minimal handling, I'm not sure I would purchase from TrophySmack again.”
