“It was so tender and easy to use. I placed it in a crock pot and let it heat thru the afternoon and had it for dinner. Placed it on Birria Tortillas, oh my goodness. Topped it with some cheese and cilantro and onions. A squeeze of lime. Gonna have to order more - I think it will be good to keep a package in the freezer. More than enough for two people to enjoy several tacos each. Love the flavor. Smelled wonderful reheating in the crock pot and tasted even more delicious than I expected.”
“It was tender, seasoned wonderful ly but was VERY fatty. Threw away about3 tablespoons of fat. Not melted fat had to check each piece before eating.
Will be trying the steak tomorrow.”
