“This was delicious and so simple to get on the table! There is only two of us so we had it for dinner and there was enough left for us to have a great lunch the next day!”
“The Kalua Pork was very good. I feared the name might indicate it was either very Asian or very sweet—but thankfully it was neither. The pork was very tasty and quite versatile. While it could be right at home with an Asian meal or in an Asian dish, it could also be adapted to various other types of dishes and cuisine. The bite-size pork pieces were neither too tough nor too fatty. The pork is served in a pork au jus that would incorporate well into a gravy or other sauce; and it is very good by itself. It is not too salty and I thought the predominant spice was black pepper which, of course, pairs very well with pork. I will order it again.”
