“Hugely disappointed with the truffles I received, they are completely bland, and have basically no aroma either. When using an entire truffle (about £20 value) in a small dish for 2 people, I would be stunned if the other person eating would know you put any truffle or truffle product in it at all. Having contact Truffle Hunter, apparently this is normal for their autumn truffles, so be aware.”

“Serious problem with delivery info. Website makes you tick a box accepting that if you don't stay at home to sign for the parcel, there is no comeback. However the delivery driver does not need a signature, in spite of several emails assuring you that you do. He says that this is not new, it has been like that for months. No signature required! But no estimated time of delivery, so we stayed in all day just for this parcel. Infuriating and unacceptable. Never again.”
