I wrote in concerning the extra strength serum tube being faulty and wasn't able to use it and the customer representative replied that, as opposed to claiming responsibility for the faulty tube and send a new one, it was due to my inability to properly get the serum out and she explained the process of how i have to warm up the tube under warm water etc...
After replying to her that it was the tube that it faulry, she never responded.”
