“I was super excited to try this product to whiten my teeth. The before and after pictures from customers were too good to be true. First of all the mouth tray doesn’t reach your back teeth. This was not explained. Who just wants your front teeth whitened only to make your back teeth look even worse?! I followed the directions explicitly. I used the entire tube of extra strength whitening gel first. My teeth definitely got sensitive from using this gel, but I persisted and used up the whole wand first. My teeth look exactly the same. Most of the time I kept the mouth guard in for much longer than the required time as they say your teeth will get whiter faster. Like a normal human being, my mouth fills with saliva when my mouth is open and when I have a mouth tray in my mouth. In the box with directions they tell you to take a few yoga breaths to relax and slow down your saliva production as saliva reduces the effectiveness of the whitening gel. Huh?!! I’m not sure how anyone can have a dry mouth with this experience! So basically they’re telling me that their product is rendered useless by your body’s natural, inavoidable function. I just started using the other wands, because hey, why not, I paid a lot of money for them. I hope by the time I finish them all that my teeth will be at least a little whiter. Definitely a let down product so far for sure.”
“I’ve used it a few times. Took a break because it made my teeth extremely sensitive. I used your sensitivity gel to no avail. I have given it my best. I just feel that I wasted my money on this.
