“I sent an email, because I canceled my order because I saw a special buy 1 get 1 free. I received both orders and was charged for both orders. No packing slip or return information. No response back from the email I sent, no refund.
I don’t believe it is working, and my daughter who has the 2nd one is no change either.”
“Let me start by saying my 1 star review is 100% because of the horrible customer service and has nothing to do with the product itself. I have not begun to use the product yet but I received it nearly a month ago, why you might ask? That's because when I ordered my snow I ordered the Max serum at the same time (your supposed to use that first) well I got my snow no problem but my Max serum was not in my package so I emailed them asking if it would come separately because from the email it appeared it was all being shipped together and I never received another email with shipping information. I got the standard email reply saying we will get back to you so I waited about 5 days and still had not heard anything so I called the number and you can't do anything other than leave a message so I did that. Waited a few more days and still nothing (close to two weeks at this point) and emailed them again, this time I got a kindly worded email that basically said don't email us twice so at this point I had basically given up on actually getting my product. About another week goes by and I see they actually have a Facebook page so I thought I would try and message them through Facebook and that's when someone FINALLY responded, it took them about a day to look into it and they told me they were out when I ordered (if they were all they had to do was tell me that when they shipped it or let me know in some way so I didn't think they just forgot it, which I'm 100% sure they did because of the way it was handled). The guy basically said we were out when you ordered, we got some now, it's on its way. The entire situation was handled VERY poorly on their end and I will not recommend them based solely on their customer service.”
