“Our cabin has been up since the summer of last year and its fantastic apart from one issue. When the rain is driven into the front of the cabin by wind, the doors leak quite badly. They have had several coats of Sanolin exterior wood stain and the inside has had several coats of clear varnish. We had the issue last winter where putting a silicone bead around the window appeared to sort the problem. However it's back again so it looks like there is a problem either with the way the windows are installed to the doors, or with my specific set of doors. I am in converstion with Tuin support (who have been excellent through the order, delivery, installation process) and their ongoing support is excellent. I'm hopeful we can get this door water ingress issue rooted out and sorted”

“I purchased two cabins at the same time, the first a Victoria Cabin as a WFH office for my wife and the Jackalyn as a workshop/storage for me. I used precast concrete kerbs as footings and concreted a floor slab within the kerbs. As long as the dimensions and level of the kerbs are accurate, placing the composite foundation beam is a doddle, from there I built the structure of the cabin on my ow in one day and the roof boards (provided), insulation and osb deck (sourced separately) completed the next day. I havent fitted the felt tiles yet and look forward to seeing the finished article. Quality of the timber and machining was spot on and all slotted together nicely with a rubber persuader. The windows and doors provided were great and slotted in without bother. Very impressed all round with Tuin from ordering, delivery and the quality of the product.”
“Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, excellent communication from start to finish. Extremely helpful with advice regarding base requirements etc, Delivery was superb because we live in a narrow service road, Ive never seen an articulated lorry enter in 30 years. Not a problem for the haulage company because the driver just unloaded the cabin with his Moffett. I couldnt believe the whole cabin contents arrived on one pallet. I I also had a faulty door catch and Tuin just sent me a replacement in the post. I couldnt rate Tuin any higher. Absolutely brilliant product & customer service.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from ordering to delivery,lots of communication telling us when to expect it, driver was very polite and helpful, used his fork truck to get it onto our drive, it was massive but my husband and I managed to move it all to the garden. We had it built for us and it went together very easily, it is very good quality and lots of people have commented on how well built it is for the money. It looks a lot more expensive than it was and we are really pleased with it.we have used decking oil to protect it and it looks great, it comes with a lock and key, the windows are good with latches to hold it open.we had a concrete base laid before it went up and have laid laminate flooring inside. We are so pleased we went with Tuin, we are very happy all round and would recommend this company to everyone.”
