It took us a little over a week to install the log cabin but we absolutely love it. Decided to install guttering but we still have to sort out the level as dripping. A great purchase thank you.

Delivery ok, transferred to large trailer in lorry park - note the package is 30cm longer than the described 3m. Cabin timbers and roof panels ok. Instruction re roof overhang not good and piece was incorrectly put together, had to take apart. Why oh why are the doors so short, grazed heads if you're over 5'7'', we extended them and remade wall above. Floor kit was very bad, boards not square ended, differing lengths by up to 6mm, poor moulding and planning finish. Floor supports were silly short bits. Lots of kindling for the woodstove but waste of money. Make sure you have the skills to remake things to complete the build to a good standard. Window fittings and door lock very cheap quality, shame really for this kind of cabin. All that aside we like the cabin we have ended up with!

Bought Emma corner cabin as my husbands man cave. Ordering was easy very helpful knowledgeable staff . It arrived on a lorry that was too big to get to the house but that was no problem as the driver had a fork lift to deliver it straight onto the drive. Arrived very well packaged no damage with easy to install instructions is going to look fantastic in the garden. Have recommended to a friend as she wants a home office. Overall excellent experience.

From placing the order to delivery everything went very smoothly. Delivery was a breeze with the driver being very helpful and considerate. Erection was straightforward yet the instructions could have been a little clearer. Read twice and digest. Will be buying another for my daughter.

The product itself is first class - extremely good quality. The service I recieved from Tuin before the build was excellent, friendly and helpful. The delivery was spot on - I was called the week before to tell me the day and on the day the driver called and told me the approx hour. The driver used his Moffet fork-lift to bring our cabin from the main road onto a suitable spot on our drive (which slopes up from the road) - a lifesaver! Anyway, all good. I unpacked and checked the parts the night before the build (be aware there are lots of little pieces which look like they are important - cutaways/grooves etc but it turned these were just used for protection in packing - around window frame for example - but they did puzzle me for a while (I even called Tuin on the day of the build who confirmed they were unnecessary). I also went the through the instructions on final time ( I had been emailed a set by Tuin on request a few weeks earlier). One of the useful blog mentioned always follow the instructions sent with the cabin as small things may have changed - So I did. On the day of the build I followed the sequenced diagrams 1,2,3,4 etc... on these the pictures show a half starter log on a different side to the window cut away log (one window has a cut away log - the other doesn't). Anyway my father and I sopent the morning carefully constructing the cabin to roof height when we realised something is not right... we were not left with a piece we needed. I double checked package - nothing... being unable to the put roof on I called Tuin again. After expalining the issue I was told 'I'm glad you've called...those pictures in the instructions are wrong!?!? You have to follow the picture in the elevation drawing (another picture in the instructions) Sure enough these were slightly different and show both half starter log and window cutaway log on same side... but how was I to know that or indeed expect that?? It would have also been nice if I had been told that when I had rung a little earlier to ask about packing pieces... I was really angry and lost for words because it meant my father had to spend the next 3-4 hours carefully dismantleing the cabin to below window level to swap around aforementioned log and rebuild again. This involved a lot of tapping the logs to loosen logs, some did not want to move once settled and a lot of swearing! I'm also not sure if the integrity of the build was quite as good second time round... some of the logs were more resistant to being slotted in. To be fair, the chap at Tuin said if I emailed picture they would get engineers to find a solution and post another part.. but it is February... I don't want a half built cabin standing in the rain waiting... plus I didn't have the time off work to complete build later or the space to store parts. So we dismantled and rebuilt but it meant the roof had to wait until the next day and I had take another day off work to finish roof. I have been extremely impressed with Tuin apart from that experience - it seems like such an easy thing to resolve especially if intructions are changed from time to time... The cabin itself is great, just double check and compare all pictures in the instructions before you commence the build.

We had looked at a few cabins but they didn't look as good as those from Tuin. We settled on the Emma corner cabin and the price was fantastic. We opted for the floor too. Delivery was as expected and it was great to see the forklift come into force and put the huge package on our drive. We had to leave it covered for a couple of months so we could prepare our concrete base. The couple of times we had to send out of hours emails we had very prompt response we did find the instructions could have been a little bit better but there's lots of help online and the YouTube videos. We painted as we went along and I did the roof myself withe the wife passing me the shingles etc. TOP TIP - when putting the top cap on, rub a couple of shingle offcuts together and the bits will cover the glue on top of the nails. We've now laid and stained the floor and fitted the electrics. Our settee and blinds are now in and it's starting to look like a room. We love the cabin and service received and would highly recommend. Thank you

Excellent service, paid for the Cabin on the Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday, AMAZING! The driver positioned the delivery exactly where I wanted it. Having unpacked it there was a log that was split and a base log missing, these were replaced immediately with no hassle. Discussed the building of it with one of the customer services personnel and they were very helpful. On building the cabin it took only three days to build and put on the free roof shingles. Brilliant product and service, thanks to all.
