I ordered the Emma Corner double glazed log cabin. I decided to order the cabin from Tuin instead of other companies because of the positive reviews regarding the customer service and delivery. And I have to say, I havent been disappointed at all. From ordering to delivery, the service has been brilliant. If I have to think of something not so positive I would say that the instructions could be a bit clearer. And dont start building it yourself unless youre comfortable with DIY. But the overall experience has been really good and I would definitely recommend using Tuin.

This is the second Emma Corner log cabin I have purchased over the last 8 months. One for my own property and one recently purchased for my daughters home (still to be assembled). I enlisted the help of one of my friends who is a joiner as it was the first time I had attempted a build like this. However although a great help it could have been accomplished by someone with limited DIY experience. My joiner (30+ years experience) mentioned several times during the build that he was very impressed by the tolerances and general finish of the building. Needless to say as I have purchased another I am of the same opinion and would not hesitate to recommend this product. Additionally can I say a big thank you to the delivery driver who could not have been more helpful. I have looked at other suppliers and really there is no comparison in terms of quality so if you are looking at this type of build I would look no where else.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. From the first contact to the delivery everything worked like clockwork. Delivery on time to the minute, driver off loaded the building in one lift of the fork lift. The building came very well wrapped and had no damage whatsoever and was very easy to assemble. 100% top quality and a first class service.

Really surprised at the quality for the price paid. Once painted and any small knots filled the cabin looks as good as ones 5 times the price. The walls are very thick and strong and will be very sturdy. The cabin did take longer to erect than expected but I am very pleased with the purchase.
