“We brought a Peter Log Cabin, the delivery turned up on the day that it was scheduled to arrive! The driver was really helpful, and although he had to park down the road (due to it being a 40ft artic), he brought the cabin up on his forklift! (That earned him a cuppa). The cabin arrived at 4pm, I had the shell up by 7pm, just me putting together and my girlfriend passing the logs. By 6pm the following evening it was completed! Very happy Customer, even had the neighbor pop round and ask for the details!”
“This is the second cabin I have purchased from tuin I must say probably the best cabins on the market. I done a lot off research for the first one which I purchased a few years ago and thought I could do with another one. So with out any hesitation, I purchased a second one. Both cabins arrived on time and the delivery drivers where very helpful. Both cabins had been well packed and wrapped. Excellent service from a great company If your looking for a great cabin it must be tuin.”
“online ordering was easy, got a call from a nice lady in Holland confirming delivery for the following Wednesday, driver called on the Wednesday said he would be 26 mins, 26 mins later he arrived! very helpful and put the cabin where we wanted it. packing is a work of art, you will be impressed! dont rely on the paperwork count the parts!! i had tried to be clever and got my own foundation beams i cut them to size added extra treatment and fitted dpc the week before and then found out the footprint isnt 2800mm its 2820mm so used them as floor bearers and started again with the ones supplied! build went well till i realized i had 31 front wall planks not 32! after half hours searching and head scratching i then realized i had been sent an extra 3.7m side wall top plank so cut that to size and carried on, the most disappoint bit of the build was the fit of the rear wall apex its pre made in two parts and the lower part did not fit well immediately sitting to low against the side walls this resulted in a 5mm gap against the roof boards for approx 6 inches up from the side wall on both sides and now has sealant in it to fill the gap, the rest of the fit to the roof was fine. you do get plenty of nails to fit the roof and more than enough to fit the excellent roof shingles but you dont get and will need 3.5x 40mm screws, buy a box of 200 you will need them! cabin was up in a day with the shingles fitted on day two,wood finish on the doors could be better, a week after painting sap is weeping in a couple of spots and will need touching up but overall this is a very solid smart looking log cabin.”
“We ordered the Peter 3 x 3 Log Cabin with 34mm double tongue & groove. Having read Richard's blog we decided to install ourselves rather than hire in labour. It went smoothly and took a casual two days. It would have taken less time had we ordered the floor and insulation materials in advance. The delivery team were great, dropping it right at the door. The simplicity of interlocking numbered logs made this a doddle, though I would recommend borrowing a nail gun for the roofing if you have the chance! We're so pleased with the end result and now just need to apply the timber treatment when the weather improves.”

“Exceeded my expectations by a Country Mile! We recently moved to a new house & I needed a shed/log cabin. After having previous (very bad) experiences with a different supplier I was determined not to fall into the same trap twice. From start to finish the service has been outstanding, everything went like clockwork, despite the fact we live in a small new build development that's not yet on Google maps the delivery driver found us without problem & appeared as if by magic on a fork lift truck with the Peter shed/log cabin so well packaged I couldn't believe. If I've a niggle it's not clear if you should use any foundation beams, neither the pictures nor diagrams show them in use. I used builders damp proof membrane instead. I couldn't believe how easy & straightforward the cabin was to erect & the instructions were excellent. It's perfect, even the doors fit/closed & locked without any adjustment. So happy I've just ordered a Larch Gazebo to benefit from the offer even though I'm months too soon. Great work guys, I truly couldn't be more pleased.”
“Very pleased with the quality of the shed. Looks great. Only thing I would say is that the foundation beams were too short. Instead of receiving 4 of the correct size, we received 5 smaller ones. One of these had to be cut to make up the lengths on the others, so spoils the look a little bit. Apart from that, the shed is excellent and we've had lots of favourable comments. A couple of our friends are looking at buying from Tuin after seeing our shed. Excellent service as well.”
