“Excellent on time delivery exactly in the time slot notified.All items secure and well packed.Unpacked and carried into garage for storage until I finish my base and begin erection.Everything seems to be of good substantial quality, unlike most I have seen in local garden centres and builders merchants. Only negative comment so far is that the assembly instructions were loose within the timbers and sodden and turned to pulp when I tried to separate them.Enclosed in a plastic bag they would have been fine. I will comment further when I have completed the erection.”
“Once the decision was made to order this cabin, the communication kicked in. A great company to deal with. A few weeks later and final payment made I got a phone call to inform me the delivery would be Monday night. That night I got another call to say the time. Excellent service. The Jos Cabin had simple instructions, and we watched lots of videos then the build commenced! 2 days later it was up minus shingles. 2 evenings later the roof was finished! I painted as he built. Now we have a few little finishing touches to complete but it is fantastic. Solid, good wood, great door, and roof shingles. We built it listening to Glastonbury in the sunshine - I cannot recommend this product/company enough! All you need is a bit of physical strength, some good ladders, mallets, hammers and cutting tools, paintbrush and paint... off you go. We could not believe how easy it went up! Thanks TUIN.... just the official opening of my she shed to plan! Nigel is good at general DIY and has some wood skills, but it was seriously simple as long as you lay out the pieces, we only had to cut one bit above the door which was about 3mm shaved off for easier fit!”
“Bought this for use as a posh potting shed . The delivery was brilliant, again.. and is our second cabin from Tuin The build was fairly easy and very satisfying to complete. We built it over a few days between rain and chose a dry day to put the shingles on. I would suggest using a long spirit level to ensure that the base is level and that the cabin goes up level and at 90 degrees. We found that it fairly easily moved, if we had to apply a bit of persuasion to a part. A really good quality cabin.”

I've only just started sorting out the various bits and pieces whilst waiting for more favourable weather and I am struck very much by the excellent quality of all the components. “Received our log cabin on a rainy day early in the morning two after placing the order. The driver was very good and placed the pallet just right and got soaking wet. Had a cup of coffee and he was on his way. Later moved all the wood into my garage and checked all the parts everything was there and no damage. Later in the evening rain stopped so started the assembly. Followed the drawing after also previously watching the videos. Having retired from engineering did not have any problems with the build apart from missing a small piece of wood left in the window assembly which stopped it from fitting correctly. This was found after just confirming the details of the drawing with Tuin. Managed to assemble the whole thing on my own with a little help from my wife. We are very pleased with the end result after making the declension to buy after reading all the reviews and watching the videos. Would recommend this cabin to anybody and all the friends and neighbours are very envious of us. Just one recommendation to Tuin would be to have the composite base pre-cut as this was a bit awkward to do as mentioned by another customer. Thank you Tuin and all your staff for producing a quality product. Really enjoyed building the cabin and felt a sense of achievement. Have some photos of the finished article and during build. What is the best way to get these to yourselves.”
