“I ordered the cabin plus the brown roof tiles, wooden decking, plastic foundations and storm beams. I needed to contact the team at tuin to check if the base bolts for the pillar were included or if these needed to ordered additionally - they were included. I also added the roof tile glue. All sorted and the team were very helpful. The instructions to build were basic. No steps - just basic pictures of the completed cabin to replicate which meant it was a bit of a puzzle. It took 2 days to build and another day to treat and protect the wood. Very happy with the quality of the cabin and size.”

“Vraios reasons have led to a delay in building my cabin but I'll hopefully have it up in the next 2 weeks. I can say so far now that the service received has been great. There was slight damage to part of my delivery. A quick photo and email and the replacement parts were on my doorstep within 2 days !!”
“Really pleased with the rianne log cabin, easy to assemble once you get your head round the instructions. Had only two issues, one of my own making as the base was not totally level. Used a few wedges to make the bottom planks level . Then the install was straight forward, until installing the doors,the instructions on the sheet were not totally clear , but one email to tuin and a set of photos sent back showing where I was going wrong. Thanks for the quick and informative response. Once again would totally recommend tuin.”
