I had been looking for a cabin with an awning attached so we could house our hot tub in in and this looked to fit the bill. Ordering and purchase was really easy and Tuin didn't take any money until the cabin was ready for delivery. The cabin arrived and was dropped exactly where we wanted, care of a very nice driver and his forklift truck. The pallet was huge! over 5 meters wide. Upon opening you will find a really well packaged cabin, well a lot of logs and wood... doors and windows are pre assembled and packed in the centre of the pallet for protection. When you start to build, stude the instructions, and although they arent the best, take time to get your base right. Once you have done this the rest is just like building a lego set. Dead easy and very satisfying. Door frames were a challenge and watch the shingles video before doing the roof, other than than it is all plane sailing. A Great quality cabin, solid lengths of wood, not joined and looks fantastic. definitely recommend this cabin!

All timber was well packed and the delivery service was good. Although apprehensive, i decided to construct the cabin myself with the help of my son-in law . We followed the instructions with relative ease and only on one occasion did we struggle that being the fitting of the door frame to the structure.( My wife being good at jigsaw puzzles manage to figure it out!), a clearer drawing would have helped. It took us 3 days to complete but we enjoyed the challenge and would do it again. Very pleased with the quality and finished result.

What a fantastic product! Although I was initially worried by the lack of detailed instructions, the end result has been superb. Highly recommended.

This was our second cabin from Tuin and the experience from start to finish was first class. The sale price was excellent value and coming with free shingles was an added bonus. We were kept updated on delivery date and time throughout. The build process was straightforward enough, having done it before helped, the instruction booklet is a bit sketchy on a couple of points but the various online tutorials on the Tuin website were very useful. It took three days to complete spread over a week in December, with some very poor weather at times. My initial concerns about some downpours affecting the timbers during the build proved unfounded, as stated by Tuin builders. The finished cabin looks fantastic and its already in use. I would recommend Tuin for excellent value for money on their products along with a first class service and support.

Fantastic product looks stunning when built, we decided to take on this big project late on this year as our garden was basically in need of a revamp and we could not do much with it so after lots of research and looking at various cabins we decided on the Rianne log cabin and a hot tub to go in the gazebo area . We ordered the log cabin for delivery in six weeks. In the six weeks leading up to delivery our old conservatory was taken down and the concrete base was removed and fencing was fitted all round the side and rear garden. Trying to keep costs down I did all the work myself except the conservatory being taken down with the wife and children helping where they could. Week before delivery I was contacted by the delivery company and delivery was agreed. I had a call from the driver late on delivery day explaining he was caught up in accidents on the road and he would be late delivering but as I work nights I re-arranged delivery for 7 am the following morning and right on time the fork truck with my log cabin was whizzing round the park with my cabin on. Could not get the truck close to our house so parked on the main road.Anyway on with the build - We placed the parts in the side garden exactly how it would be built in the rear garden as per instructions. The build went perfect although I would say keep checking everything is level as when your knocking the lats in as the frame can move, everything went well up until the door frame which the first attempt Didnt go well as the instructions are a little misleading but I got it right on the next attempt, everything went perfect from then on and it was a great family effort, my son was helping me fit the lats and passing bits up to me on the roof whilst my wife and daughter did all the painting. All in all Ive had about 10 full days doing this build and its very tiring working all week then 3 days at weekends without a break doing this as well but the end result is well worth it, my advice is I am not a joiner or a keen do it yourself person but due to keeping costs down and tradesman quotes I decided to do this myself so I cannot emphasise enough on doing research, watching videos of the build, roof shingles etc but dont be afraid to have a go. As long as you can read the simple layout instructions and the the sizes of the roof pillars and which fit where then you cant go wrong, take your time and when you see the end result you then will know it was worth it. All I have left to do now is the decking in the gazebo section and the hot tub fitted in December and next year decking the whole back garden area. Thank you for reading my review and I hope it helps anyone like it did me in deciding to buy a tuin log cabin.

Fantastic! Thankyou to all for the way in which you dealt with my order from your salesperson, ongoing communication, Colin the delivery driver, nice to see someone who spoke highly of his company and Tuindeco, and of course our Rianne summerhouse which arrived in great condition, unpacked it everything included as stated, followed instructions, also viewed videos as suggested, all fully assembled including the roof shingles, by myself. Well Chuffed.

The cabin took over 2 weeks to erect by two qualified carpenters! The instructions could be significantly improved upon and the building cost nearly out weighed the price of the actual cabin. The cabin itself is of quiet a good standard apart from the rough edges on the gazebo and some cracked wooden planks which form part of the cabin walls. Due to these issues I would not recommend the cabin to friends or family as I would not wish them to have the stress and concerns I had during the cabins erection. Perhaps TUIN should strongly recommend that clients use their cabin erection teams!

The Rianne Log Cabin is a one of the best things I've bought for years, its changed the whole garden and given it a great new feel. the quality is excellent and so easy to install. I've seen some other similar log cabins but not to the exceptional quality or value for money of the Tuin range. id defiantly recommend this product.
