“Product is of good standard you will need 2 of you if not 4 just to lift it onto its legs. The instructions could be improved for sure. What did not help me was that I wasn't given the correct screws and bolts with the kit. I'm sure Tuin would have sent some out as there service is certainly of good standard but it was a Sunday and I was up against a deadline to complete so bought some of my own to do it. Cost me just under 10 Apart from the wrong screws and poor instructions the product itself is strong and sturdy and we are very pleased with it.”
“Love this gazebo!All my neighbours like it so much. Definately a good quality gazebo. However, the instructions given is definately like what other customers have described, not very clear enough. When i received the gazebo, and looked at the instruction, i would never going to find out whether i have all parts with me because there is no where i can check. Also there is no step by step instructions to assembly. As a customer who willing to pay this kind of price for this high quality gazebo, i would expect clear instructions to come with the products as a add on value to the product itself. If it comes with clear instructions before i assembly, i would have save a lots of time and i would give 5 star in the review.”
“I was looking for a gazebo for our garden which would have to be the right size and of course the right price was also important. We saw the Grande Open and thought it looked really good and would look good in our garden. So we decided to order online, however I had some difficulty with this so I decided to ring the main number even though I called out of hours someone contacted me almost straight away and sorted out the order issue which was great. The delivery was made in good time (as this was one of our stipulations) straight to our doorstep which given that we are over 200 plus miles away was a great service. I would recommend Tuin to anyone who asks as the service was top class and the pricing makes it affordable.”
“Great product very chunky and sturdy frame. Once I had ground prepared it took best part of a day to put up. Then about another day to install the roof shingles (extra product). Now it's all finished, it looks great and I'm delighted with the quality.”
“Firstly I would like to say the finished article is fine, but at the cost of a lot of effort and some expense and frustrations....... 1 Nails, 2mm galvanised clout roofing nails were longer than the thickness of some roof panels and pierced thro' (see below). 2. Only 12x long screws were provided, the rest rest were far too short, especially for essential posts and roof struts. 3. On unpacking we laid out all the items including roof boarding before starting and it became immediately obvious that the supplied cut graduated boards were incorrect and some were missing and some duplicated. However the amount supplied was generous and in fact about 40-50 ft extra!!!!!. We coped with cutting and rejigging. Some of these boards were black thinner, soaking and showed no evidence of being treated. 4. It was well documented on your site that customers were disappointed that full plans/instructions were not provided. This aspect was very disturbing and potentially dangerous. As you know the plans/instructions finish on page 10. Page 10 is dangerous as customers reports suggest that the gazebo can be erected simply by a few people, This is not possible unless 6 tall people or mechanical equipment is used. I believe you should instruct the buyer to build from the bottom up and take care. We nearly had a nasty accident. 5.IKO shingles we had 2 strips only left!”
“Great product, as previous reviews you have to download full instructions. We had some wrong roof timbers and the replacements were sent the next working day, great service and Thanks to Richard who always answered emailed questions within minutes”
