“It does build boost very fast, and torque, I don't know anything I have put on this truck has changed the fuel mileage it did go up a little, but it is only city driving no freeway, it has made the truck more fun to drive”
“My truck is throwing a P2263 code now I replaced my dpfe sensor & checked my tube for carbon build up, reset my codes drove my truck after 3 key cycles & it set the code again, so I replaced the Lightning Bolt VGT with my stock VGT, reset the codes drove the truck & no more codes have been thrown since. I will be calling Tech to see if maybe its bad or if it is something else causing the issue.”
“Easier to install with the sleeve epoxied to base plate and a 10.8 grade hex bolt. Most customers are installing solenoid in a truck. Video shows engine out of truck. Product is what they claim it too be definitely have much more pep in my step. Super efficient very minimal response lag. Truck feels like it has no resistance. I went with the type S because it is more “aggressive” compared too the type R solenoid. I was looking for a better low end snap out of my truck and i feel i got much more then what i was looking for i am very impressed! I can for sure see where it will help with egts, cleaner exhaust, fuel mileage, and boost efficiency. I do have pre datalogs before i installed to compare to the the after i will be getting the after data today so stay tuned!
