Thanks for the review, sorry to see you have had some trouble with this trowel. The NELA Premium Chrome range is a very stiff trowel set that is specifically designed for laying on plaster, working dry clinging and even concrete thanks to its sharp square blade. In the right hands, the trowel can also be used for flattening, though we recommend working the trowel for a number of weeks/months to break it in before attempting as it can cause lines to be left in plaster if you're not careful. We've taken your feedback and passed it onto NELA for them to review to see if they can change the message the way the trowel is advertised to help explain its uses beforehand. However, it's worth noting, this trowel is not a 'Flex Trowel' and should be handled differently throughout the plastering process.
