“This was the order that got lost! Oh, well, they only work a couple days per week. So it took four weeks for me to receive my charger. It's only four weeks. After several contacts, two sets of shipping numbers. Ugh, why don't they just say, "Sorry, it's gonna take long, we suck".”

Unit was used 3 times then quit. There is no fuse so the unit sucks. Had to pay additional $300 for something that should last. Not very happy. Think about selling it to avoid the next 3 times. I wont pay again!!!”
“Did not include a power cord with the charger. Also plugged this charger into my UBCO battery & it broke the charger. I then figured out that a dead UBCO battery will break your battery. Now the support team is not messaging me back. WORST COMPANY EVER. I've give 0 stars if it was an option.”
“Power cable wires, in my opinion, were not secured on the battery side plug in unit.
I believe the shorting caused a catistromic failure of the charger.
Imo, Charger needs a over current anologe resetable fuse on the common.”
