“All staff I encountered were super professional, knowledgeable, and seemed passionate about the product which definitely helped me make my purchase decision.”
“Based on the price of the bikes, I unfortunately assumed UBCO bikes would come with great support if needed, a proper battery warranty that UBCO would actually stand by, and a battery that would last longer than my kids' cheap TEMU-level power wheels. Unfortunately, one of our two UBCO bikes' batteries died because it sat in a cozy climate-controlled garage for a few months when it was cold outside and UBCO decided it sat too long and voided the supposed 2-year warranty. This is a $1500 battery and it lasted only 16 months from purchase. Hot garbage in my opinion.”
“I purchased the bike, a week ago and I absolutely loved it, a real utility make machine with many accessories to install if needed.
Easy to maneuver around the city, am totally satisfied, the app is great and useful, friendly user.”
“Need to make sure all items are sent or let customer know missing items. Better communication in problem solving of UBCO app before bikes are shipped out. After paying full amount plus extra battery, I was disaappointed to receive my bike missing several accessories and UBCO app did not work properly.”
“I have had it less than three years and it’s inoperable . I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of help after spending so much money . I am sad and disappointed as I had loved this bike so much and really talked a few others into buying one .”
“Very poor customer service from Sales Team when contacted about returning an item. However, the Tech Support team person I spoke to was great and very helpful.”
“I have not put many hours on the unit. Being a colder state, I bring the bike and battery into a 50 degree F winter storage area. It's ready for emergancy opperation. I feel that the battery should not be left out more tham nessary according to a low temp schedualing chart. Start at 0 degree f or c. efficancy tests can conferm the numbers. 50 min running 10 min no load. I have had batteries lose their ability to charge when a low temp thresh mark is hit. You all need to work up a Winter Time opperation procedure.”
