Our 2X2 Electric Utility Bikes are fully electric and ready for action. Whether you’re going on-road or off-road our bikes are perfect for everyday adventures or the daily grind.
“Living on a hobby farm outside of Braidwood, NSW - i purchased the 2x2 Adventure bike from the dealership at Castle Hill, Sydney, less than 2 weeks ago.
Pick up went smoothly and the bike was assembled and ready to go - so as soon as I got home, I was off.
A first time motorcyclist, I set the Mode to L (for learner) and quickly mastered the basics. We have a long steep dirt driveway and noticed the bike labouring a bit in the steepest parts. But after, switching to Max power on my next ride - i was off like a rocket. This things a beast when you want it to.
And yet, I'm still able to navigate the narrow winding tracks on my steeply sloping bush block.
The only problem was the fiddly a delicate indicator switch on the L handlebar. It's small and difficult to utilise with thick gloves on - especially the R indicator. Only after a bit of back and forth with the shop did I work it out but still not reliable enough to be confident in city laned traffic. Lucky i'll be mostly using on my block and surrounding country lanes.
Thanks UBCO and good fortune in NZ and USA too.”
“The dealer network or distribution of these bikes in the US is or at least was seriously lacking at time of purchase. I ordered the bike online and my order was accepted like the bike was in inventory and a normal expectaion of delivery in a week or maybe two. But instead they charged me the whole amount, and i did not receive the bike for about two months with almost no communication other than they were taking inventory. Great bike, but maybe just buy it in person from a dealer until they get things figured out.”
“Working great for getting to and from my hunting stands. I was having issues with a pedal assisted bike getting the pedals and chain hung up in tall grass. The UBCO solved that problem.”
“I have been waiting months for a warranty battery since I purchased the 2 x 2, and never have been able to use. I purchased items in the store and received half my order. The one star is not for the product itself.”
“Wish to thank Chris and the NZ UBCO team for the awesome prize, I'm so very grateful. The service and communications to get it to me was outstanding. I went classic/traditional for my choice of frame (white) and it looks awesome. Will keep you all updated as the new adventure/s roll on.”
“UBCO was great to deal with. They helped me through the purchase process while I was mobilized and the bike shipped promptly on time when I was back from duty to get it from the carrier. They were very helpful before, during and after the sale. The reps were quick to respond when I had some questions about use regarding the keys, and overall their customer service was fantastic. 10/10.”
“In my opinion the machine is overpriced for what you get (compared to adventure model) but still great, fun, and what I expected. Everything the company claims is delivered in quality and spec. It's not designed to jump off short ledges but capable of 98% offroad activity.
HOWEVER! There is room for improvement in the suspension, handlebar height and moat importantly it needs a parking brake. I'm using a velcro strap as a parking brake when I'm siting on it on a hill and need my hands for something else (like binoculars, drinking, handling gps, fussing with clothes, etc.)”
“There are bugs and improvments to be made. Overall I still suggest to get one. There needs to be engineers that reach out to find out about the issues that need to get removed before the next years model/upgrade. I would like to be able to control the charge of the battery via the app so I can charge it to 90% most of the time as I do not need full capacity. So when it is charging it would be nice to have it stop once it reaches 80% or 90%”
“i AM NOT RELLY HAPPY WITH UBCO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN i FIRST GOT MY BIKE AND TRIED CONTACTING THEM, AFTER THE FIRST FEW TIME, THEY JUST IGNORED ME. NOT GOOD!”
