Company has friendly and helpful support in the handful of times I've reached out with questions or requests.

I purchased the bike, a week ago and I absolutely loved it, a real utility make machine with many accessories to install if needed. Easy to maneuver around the city, am totally satisfied, the app is great and useful, friendly user.

Poor service On very expensive products in a market full of better options at better prices!

Need to make sure all items are sent or let customer know missing items. Better communication in problem solving of UBCO app before bikes are shipped out. After paying full amount plus extra battery, I was disaappointed to receive my bike missing several accessories and UBCO app did not work properly.

Got rid of my Backou storm for an UBCO work 3.1 and added everything to make it a “hunt”. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Bike is great but accessories are way too expensive. The battery should be able to take lower temperature for the high cost of them.

I have had it less than three years and it’s inoperable . I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of help after spending so much money . I am sad and disappointed as I had loved this bike so much and really talked a few others into buying one .

Purchased the right ebike at the wrong time due to production delays and company relocating. The 2x2 however is 5 stars.

Very poor customer service from Sales Team when contacted about returning an item. However, the Tech Support team person I spoke to was great and very helpful.

I have not put many hours on the unit. Being a colder state, I bring the bike and battery into a 50 degree F winter storage area. It's ready for emergancy opperation. I feel that the battery should not be left out more tham nessary according to a low temp schedualing chart. Start at 0 degree f or c. efficancy tests can conferm the numbers. 50 min running 10 min no load. I have had batteries lose their ability to charge when a low temp thresh mark is hit. You all need to work up a Winter Time opperation procedure.

Living on a hobby farm outside of Braidwood, NSW - i purchased the 2x2 Adventure bike from the dealership at Castle Hill, Sydney, less than 2 weeks ago. Pick up went smoothly and the bike was assembled and ready to go - so as soon as I got home, I was off. A first time motorcyclist, I set the Mode to L (for learner) and quickly mastered the basics. We have a long steep dirt driveway and noticed the bike labouring a bit in the steepest parts. But after, switching to Max power on my next ride - i was off like a rocket. This things a beast when you want it to. And yet, I'm still able to navigate the narrow winding tracks on my steeply sloping bush block. The only problem was the fiddly a delicate indicator switch on the L handlebar. It's small and difficult to utilise with thick gloves on - especially the R indicator. Only after a bit of back and forth with the shop did I work it out but still not reliable enough to be confident in city laned traffic. Lucky i'll be mostly using on my block and surrounding country lanes. Thanks UBCO and good fortune in NZ and USA too.
