“They sent me the charger with the wrong connection and then told me it’s the wrong charger for my bike now my bike battery is dead . The customer service is extremely lacking . I am so extremely disappointed in this company right now and my bike won’t work . I have had it less then three years and had two chargers go out on me . I can’t get answers or assistant . Extremely disappointed”

Hi Beth, we’re sorry to hear about your experience, and that your feedback wasn’t acknowledged at the time. We understand how frustrating it is to be left with a bike you can’t use and without the answers or support you expected. In the US, sales and support are handled by the local UBCO distributor. If you’re outside the US, please contact UBCO directly and our team will be happy to help.
