“I did the 14 days with no caffeine nothing that would make my teeth more stained and followed the guidance perfectly even using the given tooth paste and I don’t notice a difference at all, my teeth aren’t white so I would expect a difference, frankly quite disappointed only didn’t give it 1 rating as it came with a toothpaste”
