“I am having problems with the kids toothbrushes?! the cheetah isn’t turning on even though it’s been charged
and the monster one is constantly buzzing of its own accord and it’s hard to turn off it !
eventually stops of its own accord but then starts back up buzzing again very disappointed with them and now have to go back to normal toothbrushes which I not happy about doing for my 2 little ones as they are at the age that they need proper good toothbrushes to help them with help to learn how to clean their teeth properly.”

“My five year old was very happy with her toothbrush. Unfortunately it has stopped working it won’t charge and prior to not charging it would turn on randomly.”

“I gave this to my daughter for her birthday at the end of December. It worked great for the first 2 weeks. Since then it is turning itself on at numerous times during the day and night and very annoying at night as it wakes us up. I’ve tried recharging it and I can’t take out the battery. Very annoying. I will contact customer service also but very disappointing as I myself have the sonic brush for a couple of years and have no problem with it.”
