“I love this toothbrush, and I love Spotlight Oral Care- our whole family use them. BUT --- due to an error on their website, we ordered the wrong heads - they've brought out a new toothbrush with different heads. We ordered the wrong ones- the signposting was wholly unclear on their website -they even admitted as much in an email to me- but they REFUSED to issue me new ones; the best they offered was 30% of the rights ones. THAT is not good customer service, and make me wonder whether its worth contiuing using them...”
