I had an issue with the charger I received and I emailed Spotlight, they responded straight away and I received a replacement within days.

Did not come with usb cable in the box. Had to contact customer care twice re cable ended up buying one myself in the end as it still hasn’t arrived despite being told it was sent twice. Waited almost 2 weeks.
