“The heads are great, the order was terrible. The box was broken and a glass component that came with the heads was cracked. One of the worst orders I’ve ever revieved.”

“These are very poor quality, they are firm to start with then soften very quickly (within the first week), it doesn’t feel like they clean the teeth very well. I’ve had better ones from a well known brand that remain firm for at least a couple of weeks/months. Especially as you have to pay £29.00 for replacements, however there was a promotion on so that I got them for £20. Bargain (not). I am very disappointed as I really wanted this company to thrive, but now I will go back to the expensive ones as I will get a better quality.”
