“Received the product, great packaging. The brush itself feels a bit flimsy, case is fine. Using the toothburs was underwhelming to me, the best setting being the 4th one doesn't make too much sense from a sesign POV. Mine stopped working a few days after receiving it. First a red light showed up and went away when i recharged it, then on the next 2 days it died straight after using it once after a full charge. The lights aren't displaying properly on my unit either. I emailed the support email a week ago with no repsonse, tried to call the customer service number and no one was available and even sent an instagram DM. I also left a previous review that hasn't been posted on the site. Not a great first experience.”

“Very good. Nice slim, solid design, very effective cleaning. I am a long time Sonicare user, and this is a better product. Heads do not show gradual wear, like other brands, but bristles are just right. Travel case could be a bit more ‘premium’, but otherwise, very happy.”
