“I was highly disappointed I ordered all new heads for myself & the children & when they arrived they did not fit ! Almost €60 wasted had to throw them out as they are of no use to the toothbrushes I have , very misleading I thought all the heads fitted the Sonic electric toothbrushes, very very disappointing as I’ve been a customer for the last number of years & spent a lot of money on your products.”

“It is not obvious on the product page what fitting this head has. The model I have has a flat section bayonet fitting. This has a round fitting and is not compatable.
Obviously my error but incredibly annoying all the same and a waste of money”
