“I am very pleased and quite impressed with my new Sonic Pro. It seems better than previous Phillips toothbrushes. It's quite slim and comfortable to hold and the battery life seems excellent; after the first charge it's still going well after 3 weeks. Your help desk also promptly answered my question about the stated reps/min and the audible pitches of the 4 settings. There is no direct relationship apparntly.”
“Ordered one to replace one I already had as it got damaged somehow. New one does not take the same brush ends and has a different charger so can’t reuse any of the existing ones. I may not have bought another one had I known this in advance.”
