“I gave 3 stars because there are a number of problems with using this brush. Firstly, the on/off switch(which doubles as the speed changing switch) is overly sensitive. It goes on or off or switches to a different speed whilst you are using it. It is difficult not to touch it when cleaning your teeth, as it is flush with the handle of the brush and the same colour, so it is invisible and undetectable. It is so annoying, and happens every time I use it. You have to trawl through all the other speeds to turn it off, then start again. It also happens when you are picking it up and putting it away. I think you should redesign this switch to make it less sensitive and to stand out on the brush so that it can be felt and seen. I know it won't look so aesthetically pleasing, but it needs to be more functional. Secondly, the tongue cleaner is totally ineffective! I use the brush itself on gentle to clean my tongue. Thirdly, the pressure warning red light cannot be seen when brushing as it is not in sight! It would be better if it made a noise or a vibration, or such like.
The good thing about this brush is that it cleans well, in spite of the above, and that the charge lasts for a few weeks, so I am keeping it.”

“Absolutely delighted with this new toothbrush. I invested more than I normally would but the variety of settings + timer make it a great purchase.
I was disappointed that it did not come with a charging cable as I did not have the necessary one available at home.
Toothpaste also lovely to use. I will purchase more of the toothpaste.

“I would give 0 stars if I could. The unit arrived promptly but was instantly disapponted when I heard buzzing sound when I plugged in the charger. I called customer service, took around 3 tries before someone called me back. I was told a charger will be sent immediately. 1.5 weeks later, after 10 attempts to contact (call/ e-form), I managed to reach someone at customer service who told me she will call me back when she finds out if my charger had been sent out. 3 days later, no phone call and no charger. This is utterly unacceptable customer service/ product quality. I am so disapponted I gave this brand a try instead of going with tried and tested Braun/ Phillip Sonicare. Buyers beware.”

“Love almost everything about this stylish toothbrush. My only niggle is the control button is so sensitive it changes settings while using it.
It has a very gentle brush which is great for sensitive gums like mine. Even the fastest setting is gentle and teeth feel great after.
I would recommend as great service, fast delivery and very good price compared to others on market.”

“It is so different from the OralB electric we’ve always used, so it is taking a little time for my husband and I to get used to it. The toothbrush head is very soft. We like the timer that prompts you to move direction. Charge is good. Be interesting to see how long before we have to replace brush heads.”

“Cleaning - no problem with what it does, cleanest my teeth have been for years and that's after only 8 - 10 uses.
Value - good.
Gripes - I still keep pressing the power button when I am moving the toothbrush round to get the right angles behind and in front of the teeth. Basically my fingers roll over the button as I adjust the angle and it turns off. - I set it to highest vibration so next stop is off in the cycle, but if I didn't use that I wouldn't want it changing the speed either. I'll persist but I don't see an easy way around it unless I try holding the brush with my fingertips, which is unnatural for me. I turn it off at least one in two uses at the moment. Sure I can restart it but it's annoying.”

“Amazing toothbrush great battery, powerful vibrations and pressure sensor works well, the only issue I have is when set to polish it plays havoc with e metal plates in my eye/cheek but this ais just me all other settings are great”
