“The toothbrush is very different from the electric toothbrush previously used. The sound it makes is very different and having been used to an oscillating toothbrush for an age, it has taken a little while to get used to a different electric toothbrush. The on/off button is in the same position where I used to put my thumb, so have accidentally switched it off during brushing. I love the face that it has 3 settings, I use clean or white, my partner uses the sensitive setting and can really feel the difference on my teeth.”

“I bought this toothbrush on 25th august and already on 5 th September will not charge. Have repeatedly tried to charge but will not work. Useless absolutely useless”

“I can't rate it as it still hasn't been delivered - I have emailed you twice to let me know what is happening - The tracking doesn't make sense (one minute it says tried to deliver and we weren't in - when we were in all day and evening that day), next it says it's been incorrectly routed and now being re-routed - but for over 4 days now there has been no updates. In my second email, I requested a refund. I have had no reply to either mail (I was hoping this mail was a response - but it was asking for a review). I can only review customer service and delivery - not the goods - but both of these have been very poor!”
“I am pleased with the toothbrush which leaves my teeth feeling very fresh and clean. I like the three cleaning options. One bonus for me is that it is slimline and does not overwhelm the bathroom sink. Early days, I am sure my hygenist will have something to she sees a difference.”
“First time of using a Sonic Toothbrush. Only used it twice however teeth look brighter and also feel cleaner. Friend of mine who also uses a Sonic commented on what good value for money this one is.
