“Initially this product was great but after 2-3 uses I removed the head to put it in its case and bring it with me for a weekend away. The head never fitted back on properly and it’s only about 50% as powerful now. Really disappointing.”
“The toothbrush looks lovely and I was delighted with the purchase. The toothbrush takes a bit of getting used to and I tend to use 2 cycles every morning and evening initially to get used to using an electric toothbrush. I thought there may have been an indicator if you were putting too much pressure on your teeth or gums as this has been a habit I need to be mindful of. The case and extra brush heads are there when I need them.”
