This is my 3rd one of these toothbrushes in 2 years - they seem to only have the lifespan of a year.
Also because i was within warenty i asked for a new one - which they obliged when i presented proof which was good - but they lied and told me the toothbrush colour(pink) which i wanted was out of stock which was NOT true because i could see it on the website. When i called them out on it they then told me it was only out of stock in europe - which also wasnt true because my mom lives in Ireland and checked it.
They finally agreed to send me the pink one- and asked for my address, which i sent on and they still sent it to my old address - so they had to send again. it just means i had to wait longer and tbh if i knew this was going to happen i would have just ordered a toothbrush elsewhere.”
