“My partner and I both purchased the same models of Sonics. We started off being very happy with them. However, after just a couple of weeks the battery died on both. Faulty batteries? Not sure. Either way, the short battery life was not satisfying to us and I made a complaint to Spotlight. Customer service got back to me the next day already and was very quick and willing to resolve the issue. We're disappointed that these didn't work out for us but I gotta praise the customer service, it was great, wish more companies took their good reputation this seriously.”
