“Have larger petrol Sthil and this works just as well but without all the mixing of fuel. Had to cut some 18" rounds which it did with ease through elm. A 5ah battery would do about 5 cuts but as I have a few other fuel tools its not an issue. With smaller 6" logs the battery does between 15 to 20 minutes. Overall really pleased, easy to use v quiet, well made, if you have 4 batteries you can pretty much keep going for as long as you want. If you need a saw for all day work then petrol is the way to go, but if its for domestic work then can t fault it.”
