“Zest was the first wig that I ordered when I entered the wig world about six months ago, due to my hair thinning with age. I ordered it as an open box item. I was nervous about ordering an open box item because it could not be returned, so I emailed customer service. They promptly responded and let me know that all open box items are thoroughly inspected for flaws before being sent out. I ordered Zest in Coffee Mist, which is a darker brown with light brown highlights. It seems to have just about the right amount of hair, not overly thick, and not a ton of volume. It looks great messy which makes it look like your real hair. My only complaint with it is that it is quite short in the sideburn area, so I have to tuck up my own sideburns. It could be a tad longer there. It is definitely a pop on and go wig, and though I have now ordered other wigs, I seem to grab this one a lot since it is a great little run around wig. So easy to put on and go and very lightweight. I am a petite average size cap and this fits me very comfortably. I have never styled it like the model in the manufacturer's pictures--I just style with my fingers and I am ready to go.”
