“I was very pleased and happy with the skin consultation that Vanessa provided me with this morning. I have rosacea and troublesome skin due to longterm complex medical conditions and medications and Vanessa listened to all my concerns and took time to explain everything really well. I was particularly happy with her approach, to start off gradually and monitor and review things as we go along as I use the products. Excellent service, thank you Vanessa.”

“I have had an excellent experience receiving tailored skincare advice from Jess, who has gone above and beyond to help me understand my skin and how to treat it. She is very knowledgeable about what products and how to combine them for best results. She knows the various teams and services in the Sydney area and has made really helpful recommendations for where to go and who to talk to instore. I really appreciate that she had no qualms with designing a skincare routine that would allow me to finish off products from other brands that I already had so I didn't have to buy everything all at once. She's checked in with me, always free of charge, to see how I'm going with the products and to tailor the routine as my skin adapts to Ultracueticals. Whenever I've visited the Ultracueticals counter at David Jones the staff there attest to how brilliant Jess is. Most importantly my skin has never looked better. Jess's careful product recommendations have helped to heal my acne scarring, reduce dryness, add glow and my breakouts of cystic acne have dramatically reduced since using the program Jess designed. I now only get occasional hormonal breakouts that pass in a couple of days. Amazing!”
