“When I first met Jess I never put anything on my face, which is bad, because I'm super pale and have a family history of melanoma. Jess helped me realise through scans and education what my face will look like in the future without any proper care, and through her guidance and expert recommendation, I'm now following an easy but comprehensive skincare routine with some excellent Ultraceutical products. She never made me feel like an idiot for not knowing what to do (skincare newb!) and was a brilliant teacher on processes and techniques, explaining how each of the products worked together to create what is now a resilient base, plump and moisturised, with far less redness than before, protected with SPF everyday(!), and pretty much no instances of reaction to creams (which I used to get anytime I put anything on my face). Had I not met Jess, I'm sure I wouldn't be in the same position now, geared up to age gracefully and minimise wrinkles, and armed with the knowledge I now have. I'm forever grateful, and a convert to proper skincare, and will continue to consult with her as long as she'll have me as a client. Jess is my hero. Love her to bits.”
