“I have back problems, and have tried various solutions over time, including a very expensive (for me) Swedish bed. None worked. They were either too soft to give the lower back support I needed, or if firm enough for that, they eventually caused me shoulder pain when sleeping on my side. The beauty of the Una mattress is that its layers are interchangeable. I spent some months experimenting, but have now found a combination which I find sumptuously comfortable, which is from the bottom: firm, medium, soft, firm, pillow layer.”
