Hi there, Sometimes the natural latex smell is stronger when it first comes out of the packaging but rest assured it is 100% natural and organic and if it has a latex new smell in the beginning this will go away. Best wishes Alex

“Very comfortable pillow, moulds to your head well. Initially found the pillow too high with the 2 sections inside so took out the thinner pillow from the lining and found it perfect”

“I have had my pillow a few months now , I had to take the small section out as it was too full for me , however it is still to full snd I wake up with neck ache some mornings if it’s haven’t got it quite right . Positives, knowing it’s healthy and the cover is lovely and soft and it’s adjustable. I like the fact it doesn’t creep away from you as I’m usually chasing my pillows around the bed . The smell is a little sickly at first but you get used to it . Over all I’m happy with my purchase but it doesn’t solve all my issues as promised with all the positive reviews .”

“I’ve been using the pillow for a few months now and find it very comfortable. It had a strong, mildly unpleasant smell for a while but this is now very mild. The most annoying thing is not being able to find a cotton pillow case cover to fit, as with the double pillow and the Una case over the top it’s way too big to fit inside a regular pillow case cover without being squashed and solid.”

“Love the pillow! It does have a heavy and slightly lumpy feel but is so comfy to sleep on and love that it isn’t toxic. My partner took one of the inserts out whereas I like the thicker feel so perfect that they are adjustable”

“I had been suffering with chronic back and neck pain for years. We bought an Una Mattress September 2020, and it was the best money we’ve ever spent. But the neck pain persisted. So I treated myself to an Una pillow a couple of months ago. Wish I’d done it a long time ago. No more neck pain. Love my mattress and pillow. It’s a big investment but so worth it. Highly recommended. Thanks Tracy”

“I have been looking for an environmentally alternative to my pillow for ages so I was very excited when I found this pillow ! It has taken a while for my wife and I to get used to them , even allowing for the fact that you can have different heights . We are now very happy with them but you need to stick with them in our experience.”

“Pillow has nice (and adjustable) level of support and seems good quality. However the smell is really overpowering, even after washing the cover repeatedly and leaving it out to air for weeks. Though I am sure the smell is not harmful, it is so strong it makes it difficult to sleep on this pillow.”
