“Received an email to review - Took some time to arrange delivery as the separate delivery company they use only did Tues and Thursdays to my area all day appointments. I had to get a friend to help me assemble it, a week into sleeping on it still not used to it as it feels very firm compared to my old mattress even on the softest configuration. The first night I woke up like I had been bruised all over, day 7 I am still waking up tired - so not sleeping as well as my old one but less stiff than day 1. The plastic wrap smell is less now as it was overwhelming but I didn't have room to air the three pieces out before assembling.”

“The bad first: Not a major issue but the delivery company used to deliver the mattress is a bit quirky. They literally can't tell you what day they will send the mattress out but they text you a day or so before then you can decline / accept. This happens until you find a delivery slot you can make ! This was a minor issue for me. The good : Incredibly well thought out product. Once the boxes were in my house, it was a breeze to put everything together. Someone has obviously gone to a lot of time and trouble to anticipate what questions or problems you might encounter and everything is fool proof ! The mattress exudes quality and it's one of those things that the moment you open the box you realise you made the right choice ! Well built, fantastic attention to detail and attentive customer support should you need it. First night sleep was the best I can remember in a long time. I know there is supposed to be an acclimatisation period for latex mattresses but mine was like 10 seconds flat ! Mattresses are heavy so make sure you have a decent bed frame. All in all this is the Rolls Royce of mattresses. I know it's a 100 day trial and it's only been 3 days for me but I can tell you for sure there's no way this little beauty is going back ! :-)”

“I love the bouncy texture and the latex is so reassuringly solid. Yet the mattress has a soft and squishy feel that is not like any I've tried before. I can already tell it is helping my posture and I haven't woken up with any aches or pains. I bought the pillow too which pairs very well with the mattress and, for me, it's perfect. I usually find it very difficult to get a pillow that is just right, but this is. To find something so lovely and chemical free is amazing. Overall a brilliant purchase.”
