“Firm. Doesn’t change shape or leave me in ‘a hole’ after a few hours of sleep. This suits me well, because I like my mattress to maintain its shape. Although it is firm, it’s not hard. I bought a soft topper and was a bit worried that I had to exchange it for a hard one. That was not necessary. I often forget that it’s on my mattress. Really comfortable and worth every penny of what I paid for it.”
