“Presume there would have been nothing wrong with the batteries if they had been received, as the previous identical order was fine. Major failing is with Trade NRG who accepted the repeat order and toof payment only for them to send a short email the next day stating a refund would be issued against said order with no explanation. Complete waste of time!”
