“Ordered a 12V car USB A & C car adapter on the 29/8/21 as per their description and photo's of the item on their site. Arrived 4/10/21 and was a double USB A adapter, not what I ordered. Emailed the company on the same day and again on the following day via their online contact form. No reply to many calls on their number. Received no response until the 18/19/21 after I had contacted PayPal when they asked for a photo of the product and the original packaging???? PayPal today settled in my favour. Appalling communication from this company and not in the least bit recommended.”
