“Ordered the wrong shade by accident. Called and left a message, thinking that I would have to return the order. Lady called me back the next day and said that she knew my order was wrong and was holding back the shipment. Cancelled my order over the phone, found the right item (last one in stock), and shipped it out ten minutes later. Lampshade is better quality than the original that it replaces, but the service is outstanding!”
